Co-operative research

The Measurement and Sensor Laboratory operates in collaboration with manufacturers of measurement devices and the wood processing sector. Collaborative research projects are also conducted with partners from around the world.

The Laboratory pursues both scientific and practically oriented research in cooperation with industry and other research establishments.

The Laboratory is one of the Infotech Oulu research laboratories. Through inter-laboratory co-operation it is possible to share and access knowledge over a broad range of subjects.

The Laboratory also acts as Measurepolis to the Northern Finnish and Northern Swedish Multipolis Network.
